Glass fibre erasers and brushes

Our glass fiber eraser, handy and practical. Originally developed was the glass fibre eraser or rust eraser for corrections (etchings) in technical drawings. Ink drawings could be corrected cleanly with this invention for the first time without damaging the paper, transparent or parchment paper.

In addition to its property as an eraser, its outstanding properties in cleaning, derusting, polishing and grinding of the smallest surfaces are appreciated today. Meanwhile, our product can be found in well-stocked DIY stores as well as in the electrical, craft and automotive accessories trade. The watch and jewelery industry, the electrical industry, precision mechanics and restorers are also working today with our glass fiber eraser.

Gladly our eraser is also used in modeling, smoothen surfaces or clean wood, brighten etc. Also, adhesive residue on window glass can be removed.

Our glass fiber erasers are suitable before and after to clean the soldering or welding points.

The glass fibre eraser consist of a writing sleeve in which, depending on the size, a 2, 4 or 8 mm thick glass fiber cartridge is located. The integrated turning or pushing mechanism allows a stepless length variation of the glass fiber cartridge. If a cartidge is used up, it is simply exchanged for a replacement cartidge.

We produce glass fiber erasers in various sizes, in standard colors, special colors, with or without embossing (hot stamping process) and, depending on customer requirements, with a plastic or metal tip.

The glass fibre brush is a further development of the glass fibre eraser. While you can use the pen to work on small surfaces, the glass fibre brush cleans, polishes and grinds larger surfaces.

The use of the brush is similar to that of the glass fibre eraser. Again, it is mainly the watch and jewelery industry, the electrical industry, precision mechanics, restorers, as well as the electrical, craft and automotive accessories trade who work with our products. In addition, the glass fibre brush is also used when cleaning print rollers and printer matrixes.

The glass fibre brush is generally suitable for polishing metals, including the removal of anodized aluminum, e.g. Car rims. When producing aluminum tubes, the thread and the environment of the tube are deburred and cleaned.
